How old do I need to be to rent a car in Kayseri?

You must be at least 21 and have held your driving licence for at least one year. For premium and performance vehicles the requirement is 25 years of age and three years of licence history.

Can I collect my car at Erkilet Airport?

Yes. Share your flight details when you book and your car will be waiting outside the Kayseri Erkilet Airport terminal. You can return it to the same point.

Which documents do I need?

A valid driving licence, an ID card or passport, and a credit card in the main driver's name. An international driving permit may be required for licences issued outside Türkiye.

Is there a security deposit?

A pre-authorisation is held on your credit card, with the amount depending on the vehicle class. It is released in full once the car is returned without issue.

Is there a mileage limit?

Daily rentals include 300 km per day as standard. Weekly and monthly rentals come with higher limits, and unlimited-mileage options are available.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free of charge. Later cancellations are charged one day of rental.
